Abena Williams is the Founder, CEO and Senior Consultant of AW Business Consulting. Abena has obtained an Executive Master Degree in Business Administration from the Colorado Technical University, Colorado, USA. Abena has conducted training courses for individuals and Organizations in the area of Customer Service and Leadership Development. She accumulated over 20 years of experience in those fields and has presented countless seminars and training courses in both the United States and in the Caribbean. Having trained a wide variety of professionals, Abena is able to deliver high-quality training content to diverse audiences. Her dynamic personality and expertise command individuals and employees interest and involvement.
Abena is also a certified Life Coach. She has helped countless individuals identify their goals and develop strategies and plans to achieve those goals.
